Overall positive experience with interview process. Recruiter did a fantastic job at ensuring I was well-prepared for each round (hopped on prep calls) and clearly laid out expectations for the role and what the team is looking for. Interview loop started with phone screen, then mini-interview +45 minute mock discovery call, followed by two 45-minute interviews with additional managers. Their adamant on following the STAR method, so make sure you practice answering based off core values that they provide before the interview (self-awareness, self-motivation, ownership, etc.)

The two managers you get can make or break you getting in as some are tougher than others.

Interview
Super friendly people. Direct and they genuinely believe in adding strong people to their team. I had 2 rounds after which I was rejected.
It’s definitely a nice company to be at. They also encourage to keep trying.
