I had 5 interviews. Each were 45 minute long interrogations. I was asked back to back to back behavioral questions for over 4 hours total. I had no space to ask about them, the role, or the team, or do anything other than answer their questions. I even did a role play displaying my skills. All for them to turn me down because I didn’t have “quite enough experience compared to competitors”…. Tell me that at the beginning, not at the very last round. So 5 interviews, 2 with recruiters, 1 role play, and 2 with managers all for them to say sorry your resume wasn’t good enough. Something they could have decided first round but instead they wasted nearly 5 hours of my life interrogating me and not to mention the time I spent prepping for all these rounds of interviews. Terrible experience.
