Role play with customer success manager
Presentation and x3 face to face interviews with a director and the two managers above.
I was referred by a Hubspot employee so both my referrer and the recruiter were extremely helpful in terms of advice for the process. Feedback at every stage was constructive. Intense but fair and transparent process. Lot of preparation required for each stage but particularly the presentation.
It was disappointing not to get an offer. Normally they recruit the role internally so the standard is extremely high - they didn't hire anyone who was interviewed for that role at the time.
