Very average interview process. I had a first round behaviorial with a Senior Software Engineer, about two days after this I got an email telling me to complete an asynchronous Codility assessment, two problems that weren't super hard. Following this I got a call from my recruiter saying they were impressed by my solutions and wanted to schedule a final round. The final round was with an Engineering manager, mainly behaviorial. Did walk through my solutions from Codility and asked about my thought process and edge cases. Nearly a week after this, my recruiter called again extending an offer. They were very communicative. All of the interviews were mainly focused on my previous experience, how I handle adversity, and getting to know me, etc. etc. Lots of behaviorial and really cared about the person. Only things technical were the async Codility and then the (short) walkthrough of my Codility and thought process.
