I applied online for their Remote Sales Agent-Green Position. To apply you must create an account with their Workday protal, than you submit an application. Two days later I recieved an email letting me know I would have an interview. Next I emailed with one of their recruiters, and afterwards received another email how to prepare for the hiring manager interview, plus their links to watch a few videos. Some videos were about the company, one video was about how to navigate their online interview portal. I also was sent an email on when to schedule my interview. I scheduled it the following week. The day of the interview I was given the option to either use just the webcam and microphone on my laptop or to call and use the webcam. I chose to call, while using the webcam. Two people interviewed me, they were very nice and calm. The interview lasted around 45 minutes.
