Interview
Applied back in August 2014. Was contacted 3-4 weeks later for a phone interview thru email. During the phone interview, they asked me about my previous job history and some behavioral questions. Everything went good and asked me if I'd like to do a face-to-face interview which was scheduled two weeks out. I went and did the interview with a supervisor and another candidate in the room. It was odd but made me feel relaxed. And afterwards was offered the position and to start another month later than anticipated.

First you would do an online interview where you would record your voice and answer some questions then they send a email for a video interview that said it would be with 3 people but there were 2. Was about 40 mins long. The whole interview had the “tell me about a time when” type of questions.

The interview process was great. After submitting the application, I completed an online assessment. After that I completed a virtual phone interview (recorded message asks questions and leaves time for you to answer before moving on to the next question). A few weeks later I had a face to face interview with 2 people and that was it!
