Spent most of the interview with the District Manager talking about himself and how successful he has been in his life. He talked about how he has always been on top, even back to him playing baseball in college. He then told me how he wanted me to sell in the aisle, his way. When I didn't do it exactly how he did it, he said to do it again until I got it right. Seemed much like a dictatorship. The manager position continually is open, so I understand why.
