Interview
First, they did a quick phone interview to verify everything. Then they did a face-to-face interview where they gave you certain scenarios and asked you how you would respond/react in each case. Asked you about past experiences as well as your ability/thoughts on tutoring. Really stressed the importance of adhering to their tutoring plan for the child.
