Applied on line, got an email to interview, came in and filled out a couple forms before on background check and situational test, giving situations and how you would respond to them, then interviewed, once accepted, later that week began 10 hour training.

I applied, had one interview, and was hired on the spot. The director who interviewed me was quite pleasant.
