I sent in my resume after seeing an online add that they were hiring. I heard back within a week, with the associate director of the center asking me to come in for an interview. I scheduled an interview. When I got there, I was greeted by a pleasant woman who asked me to fill out an application. Once I was done with that, I the interview with the center director started. He asked a lot of questions that were non-pertinent in my opinion. He seemed more concerned with why I would be leaving a job in retail to work at Huntington than he did about the fact that I have a M.A. in Teaching and a License. The interview lasted about an hour and he asked mainly questions that were not important to that type of work. At the end of the interview he told me I would hear back from him by the next day. The next day came and no word from him. I called the center a total of 4 times over the next few days, getting his voicemail every time. I have still never heard back from him to this day. I feel like the interview and the way he handled the entire situation was very unprofessional, and it has turned me against using Huntington in the future.
