Interview
It took a few days for them to contact me after applying to multiple jobs within Hyatt online. I first had a phone interview that was very short, after which we made a plan for an in person interview. After that it took a week to clear the background check and then I was offered the job.

They asked me to give them an example of a time when I went above and beyond for a customer. There weren't any really hard or blindside questions.
