I felt compelled to write this review since I had such a poor experience with the first recruiter call. I was interviewing for a digital product manager position that I was more than qualified for. The initial recruiter call was going smooth until salary was brought up. I've interviewed for many product manager positions and the range varies drastically by company so I do not quote compensation first. The recruiter refused to provide a salary range for the position and abruptly hung up the phone without ending the call. It was very rude and unprofessional. Not sure how this man is a successful recruiter given his approach and reactiveness. I'm happy I didn't move forward in the process considering I'd want to work for a company that values transparency and employee empowerment.

The interview process for this position was a long process, but it allowed me to get a feel for the company and see if this was the place I wanted to work. I really like the culture here and I'm happy to report that I'm now happily employed here.
