The interview was done with HR Director, Sales and Marketing Director and eventually the Hotel Manager himself, in their respective office and or hotel restaurant spaces. So it is only 3 levels of general interview. There was no psychology test whatsoever.
Basically, they were searching for the experience and necessary skillset. The questions were mostly about what activity I did during my current and past companies, and some questions to elaborate on my preferences and attitude.
Some basic questions about digital marketing (SEO, Pay per click, and social media) were asked, but nothing too advanced.
