      Senior Management Interview

      Mar 22, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hypertec

      Interview

Email and call schedule; first interview on the phone with HR; then a video chat with HR; followed by an interview with two C level officers; which where followed by an interview of two member of the team I would lead (which is ridiculous). HR were pretty nice and follow through in all steps. The C level interview was done by two members of the family, are they brothers or cousin I have no clue but it was a good cop bad cop interview which was honestly very annoying. The bad cop took 90% of the time, was very aggressive and looking for the answer he wanted when I was able to reply. The other interviewer was pretty calm but was alway getting cut by the bad cop, honestly if I had to work with him. NO THANK YOU! Then I was sent to a panel with two directors who would work under me. What is the point; their questions were only to pinpoint fault and show how much they were superior to me and establish dominance and show they should had a shot at the role. After 4 level interview and be lowered to 3 candidate, I really, really LOVED the generic email of rejection! When you recruit a senior executive, please dont do it like you are hiring the cantine guy! Finally; through 4 level of interview, 80% of the time was the same questions
