My experience interviewing for the Customer Operations Supervisor II role was unfortunately quite disengaging and left a negative impression. Initially, the recruiter, Danny, seemed very receptive and communicative, which set a positive tone. However, after advancing to the second round of interviews, communication suddenly stopped. Despite following up via email to check on the status, I was completely ghosted, which is disappointing after investing time in the process. The second-round interview itself was difficult, as the interviewer, Eugene, lacked any visible enthusiasm or engagement; frankly, he had the personality of paint drying. This made it very hard to have a meaningful or energetic conversation, making me feel like my time wasn’t valued. Overall, the process felt disorganized and lacked the professionalism one would expect.
