I filled out a short questionnaire that asked questions about my knowledge of the insurance world and why I wanted to work there, how I show initiative, and my experience at college. The next step was going into the office for a round of interviews. I had 3 30 minute 1 on 1 interviews. Around 2 weeks later, I received an offer.
