IBC Bank interview questions

I applied online, and a week later I got a call to come in for an interview. I arrived and had a seat with other applicants in the lobby of the bank. I then was called for a one on one interview. I was asked basic questions like what experience I had, if I had costumer service experience, if I could sell products, etc. The big thing they are looking for is that you can travel b/c they need people to cover shifts at other banks frequently. As long as you can travel you will get this job. I was called a week later with an offer.

When I applied, the application had to be submitted as a hard copy. A couple of weeks later I received a call for an interview that same day. If you do well on the first interview they will call again for a second interview with another person at a different location (or at least that was my case).
