Interview
It was a internal reference. Took about 2 days. Had a excel test and a the final round with the Sr. Manager. Everything went well. I was told they would get back to me on compensation in a week's time. A month later I get news they they are not able to match my salary. Even my current CTC. Forget about my 30% hike I've asked for. Really sad at the way this went. No proper response or communication from the IBM.
Interviewer doesn't ask related questions. He is trying to google it and expecting same answer as per google only. Even though they don't know the concept, at a point I feel that person/interviewer is not related technology which they want.

Interview
The interviewers were friendly and approachable. They made sure the candidate is comfortable and ensured that they are at ease. The first round was conversational, followed by take home case study and then follow up on the case study in the job location. The fourth round was manager round and the fifth was the final round on salary discussion
