After a recruiter sets a date for you which is usually a 30-minute slot at their Smart Village office. Although they were late and I entered my interview late I was escorted in a room where I had a one to one interview where I was asked on my background on what my future aspirations are. He then explained what the program was about and where I could fit.
Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got
