Interview process was both behavioral and case study. The case study was SDLC focussed so it was important to review implementation methodologies prior to starting.
Both interviewers were kind and respectful.

Question 1
How would you respond to a client that was not accepting technology implementation in the workplace.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM (Washington, DC)
Interview
I had my first round interview 3 weeks ago. It was a hybrid behavioral & case interview. I got extended to the second round case interview. Don't stress the first round. I didn't expect to have a case study during the latter half of the interview, but the interviewer walked me through it.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in Federal consulting with IBM?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Washington, DC) in Oct 2025
Interview
The first round is all behavioral and its 1 on 1 with a hiring manager or somebody who helps/runs the area that you are applying for. The second round is a case interview that isn't your traditional MBB format. Instead, its more like they give you a scenario and you have to come up with a solution for it.
I applied online. I interviewed at IBM (Washington, DC) in Sep 2024
Interview
Decent, 2-3 rounds, with a case developing a slide deck. Interviewers were nice, had a casual call with recruiter and was connected with a full time person in the role as I made my decision
