The interview process took longer than anticipated. It took over a month to find out I didn't get the role. Between the agency and IBM I had four interviews (including phone screen)
It seems like the company would have been awesome to work for. My rating is only a reflection of them dragging their feet, no clear interview process, and not being respectful of my time as the candidate.
