I applied online. I interviewed at IBM (London, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
I applied online and instead of submitting a CV they ask you to answer their set questions. When you get through this stage they ask you to take an online aptitude test. This was the easiest test of all major companies that I have taken. After this you go for two formal assessment centres. During the assessment centre you are asked to take one more IQ test and then there are a series of one on one interviews and group tasks. The whole event runs very smoothly and is done professionally.
Interviewer doesn't ask related questions. He is trying to google it and expecting same answer as per google only. Even though they don't know the concept, at a point I feel that person/interviewer is not related technology which they want.
