ICF Biologist interview questions

I reached out to an employee that worked at ICF who passed my resume along to the right people. I was able to interview with five team members. They were very nice, asked great questions, and answered all my questions, as well. I felt like they understood the where I was at in my professional skill level and were willing to provide guidance to build me up.
