ICF Energy Analyst interview questions

The interview process was good and bad at the same time. The position description was clear but the interviewer didn't have time to go through what exactly is expected of that position. There was a general test, similar to something in GMAT exams, so one has to be spontaneous to be ready to solve such problems. Besides that couple of senior personnel took time to meet and get to know me, again in general capacity. The biggest set back was that, the people didn't have any value for candidates time, Reached at 2:30 PM, sent to conference room, First connect with Junior HR at 3:15 PM, she comes back at 3:40 PM with a form to be filled, returns back at 4:30 PM for a 20 minutes test; 4:50 PM returns to collect the test; 5:20 PM Manager personnel came to chat for 10 mins, 6:00PM another HR personnel to talk for 5 mins, lastly 6:30 PM Senior Manager to speak for another 5 mins. In total around 4:15 Hrs at the office with 75 mins of interaction including the test. Been three weeks now, no revert or follow up from ICF yet. :)
