ICF Energy Engineer interview questions

Had first interview from HR, and a followup panel interview. Questions asked were mainly related to the position and background experiences. Did not ask any job specific questions, nor were focused on analytical cases.

3 rounds of interview. First with HR, second with manager, third with the whole team. The second interview had some technical questions but not as in depth as the third one. They want to measure analytical skills and knowledge in the subject
