Interview
I applied online around November 2016, and got contacted in December 2016 for the wrong level job (junior rather than mid level) I was out of the country when they called to sey up a phone interview and was not able to get back to them until mid January. I was able to set up a phone interview with their Senior Consultant. 30 minutes talking about my background and what we're my aspirations etc. The recruiter called me to let me know that I made it through the interview and if I was available for an in person interview the following week, and that they would call me Tuesday to set up the interview . Told them that I was but needed time as I lived outside of the state. Tuesday passed and finally got a call Wednesday that they didn't want to do a in person but a phone call the following week. Few days passed and no information about the interview, Friday finally came and they call me to let me know that they will not be proceeding with my application because they found a better candidate.
The recruiter was kind and called me to let me know about this and was not left hanging any longer. I wish they would of been better coordinated in the beginning.
3 step process with multiple questions asking about how you would problem solve for client solutions and how to communicate to non technical team members. Explaining using documentation can prove advantageous as well!
This interview contained standard questions about productivity, interests, organizational skills, values, past experiences. it was pretty standard, only one round but took a while to hear back with their decision.

Interview
Recruiter call - HM panel - Teammates. It depends on the project also. If you are not heard back from them after the 2nd interview within 1 week, high chance that you don't get the job.
