Interview
I applied online and was contacted by HR a couple days later. I had a phone screen with the HR rep, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, then a series of in-person interviews with 5 people from the office I would have been working in. I also had a 45 minute-long writing test. Everything was very positive up until this point and people were very friendly. However, it has now been over three weeks with no response to my follow up email(s) and no updates on the decision process. I assume they've filled the position, but I would expect a large professional company who facilitated such a personable interview process to at least send a template rejection email when I had invested that much time into their company.

Interview
Two interview rounds. The first interview was more about getting know each other, interests, the team. The second interview was with more senior staff members, a bit more on talking about technical abilities and interests, followed by a case study writing assignment. The assignment took 2.5h and was adequate for the level that I applied for.
The process took a long time. Sometimes I did not hear anything for several weeks and had to chase them, other times they were super responsive and called me spontaneously to discuss expectations. Overall positive and friendly, but at times inconsistent!
Panel interview with multiple people. Lasted two hours. Panelists were nice and professional. Described the position, asked a series of about 10 questions, asked about interest in topical area of project and technical skills.
