Interview
The first round is HR interview, second is an interview with a panel of experts to discuss general questions about CV and since my role was specifically for the Natural Gas service, I was asked questions about that. Next round was a case study and Excel assignment to be done in 24 hrs. Post this there was discussion with the same panel on the submitted case study. There was another round though I did not qualify after case presentation.

What is the difference between upstream and downstream?
Took a long time between multiple rounds of interviews and negotiations after receiving an offer. The recruiter was responsive, but it took extremely long from the first round of interview to the final offer letter.

Interview
I had three rounds of virtual interviews using Microsoft Teams: one round with the recruiter, one round with the hiring manager, and one round with the team. Everything was very straightforward behavioral questions.
