I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ICF (Austin, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
The recruitment team is fantastic, which isn't the case for most companies I've interviewed with. They were very transparent and forthcoming about the status of my application, and communicative when I reached out for updates. The interviews themselves could have been a little better. My design challenge interview was scheduled for 3 interviewers and only one was able to show up. This was pretty disappointing, but I understand that at least one of the interviewers was out sick

Question 1
Why do you want to work with ICF?
Tell me about some of the work you've done in the past.

Interview
Was reached out to via linked by my now-manager. One behavioral round with standard questions, and one case who was conducted by my manager. The case example was done on mural and my manager just wanted to see the thought process I had - making sure I followed the basic UX research best practices from discovery to delivery. By the end we were already talking about the role, and it seemed the case was more a formality. They needed someone quickly, so the onboarding process was immediate and I was on board a couple weeks following.
