Interview
Interviews with associates (or with those coming straight into the company from a masters program) usually consists of 3-4 managers and a lunch with one of them. It's usually conversational. Senior managers ask you about the kind of work that you did before. Don't assume that the work that you are told to do during the interview will be what you'd actually do when you start. Consultants do work, based on the clients who are willing to pay. So your work depends on who the client is at the time. It's kind of senseless to ask questions about what type of work I'd be doing.

Interviewed with the recruiter who was lovely - very standard recruiter screening. Made it to the second round and interviewed with two people. Towards the beginning they were kind but then got more and more uninterested and disengaged by the end. Never heard back from anyone after the interviews. Very unprofessional and a waste of everyones' time.

Interview
Took about 3-4 months to get hired. Applied in late March , interviewed in mid May (two interviews, one with people on the team and one with the hiring manager), was offered and accepted the job in mid-July. It did take a bit longer than usual due to the team being shorthanded so I wouldn't forsee the interview process taking this long normally.

How do you work in team settings? Explain time you had conflict with team member? Five year plan? Some scenario questions
Interview process was relatively straightforward with a series of interviews. Questions were mostly based off experience detailed on resume with a few technical questions regarding energy knowledge. There was a good deal of time to ask people currently in the position about their experience and any questions in general.
