Interview
It was a formal interview with a group of the principals and project managers. They asked the standard questions: tell me a weakness, tell me your strengths..... They also discussed the expectations of the position and discussed the benefits of working for the company. It was a very professional and well structured interview.

Took a long time between multiple rounds of interviews and negotiations after receiving an offer. The recruiter was responsive, but it took extremely long from the first round of interview to the final offer letter.

I had three rounds of virtual interviews using Microsoft Teams: one round with the recruiter, one round with the hiring manager, and one round with the team. Everything was very straightforward behavioral questions.
