ICF Project Manager Energy Markets interview questions

Horrible Experience. First stages of interview happened over email with HR. Actual video Interview was positive, technical questions with VP's who were hiring. Two weeks later I get a call confirming my expected salary because they want to make an offer, but barely then do they admit the position does NOT carry a bonus as part of the compensation package. They also say the salary ranges posted are not real and they will adjust offer based on geographical location. I adjusted my desired salary due to lack of bonus. They promised an offer the following Monday but didn't get back, nor did they answer calls/emails. Two months later I'm contacted, they say HR doesn't know about bonuses, asks me for a salary range with bonus and without to get me an offer. No feedback, after a few attempts they send a rejection letter for reasons that are clearly not true, I was their preferred candidate. I will stay away from ICF, this level of unprofessionalism speaks very poorly of the company.
