Brief screening phone call to gauge your interest and determine that you are in fact a real candidate (not a bot that applies to jobs with no real person behind it). During the screening, I was informed a scheduler would contact me to set up the interview. The interview was done in three 45-min rounds. Each 45-min round was with a different set of 2-3 people from the team I'd be working with if hired. A 30-min writing assessment was also part of the interview. Fairly easy: two short-essay questions with graphs/tables you're asked to summarize/describe. Each had about a full page of lines to write your response on. I had the impression they want you to fill up most of the space they provide.
