ICON Clinical Research Associate interview questions

The interview process is similar to other CROs. Fist Step: Interview with the Recruiter (around 15 minutes). Second Step: Second interview with two managers. (about 40min). The process consisted in questions regarding my previous experience, and they gave me some scenarios and asked what would I do in each situation.

Because I had interviewed for the same position less than 2 years ago (about 1.5 years ago), I was disallowed to continue the process of recruitment. This anti-worker policy was only made worse by the incompetent and robotic recruiter who apparently couldn't be bothered to look my name up in the system before the interview, to save both of us time and not needlessly wave a carrot in my face during a time that open positions in this field are few and far between and competition is fierce. Thanks for doing half the interview before "discovering" that I was ineligible because of your bizarre policy. When the recruiter discovered I couldn't go forward, she gave no apologies and acted like nothing happened as she blew threw a very scripted spiel about how to apply for unrelated positions (in an industry where it's hard to pivot into such positions unless you're already working or know someone, because of gatekeepers like her having to check off every "qualifications" box); she seems to have forgotten I'm a person. On to the next slob with a family to feed, hope he/she didn't interview within 2 years, that would be unacceptable!
