La entrevista en sí fue fácil, preguntas típicas acerca de mi experiencia. Lo peor fue en un momento dado hablando sobre los beneficios que ofrecían en el que la entrevistadora me indicó que la posición era home-based y que venía muy bien para quienes tienen hijos. Hasta ahí bien. Lo que me molestó es que tras decir eso, la entrevistadora me preguntó inquisitoriamente si yo tenía hijos o si pensaba tenerlos a corto plazo. Esa pregunta me pareció del todo fuera de lugar en una entrevista de trabajo para una CRO global. No tengo hijos ni entra en mis planes tenerlos a corto plazo pero no me gusta esta intromisión en la vida privada de la gente. Así que rechacé educadamente seguir en el proceso de selección porque si en la primera entrevista me preguntan algo así no quiero pensar en lo que te pedirán una vez hayas firmado un contrato con ellos.
