Interview
Interview process was as expected in terms of the structure, but the questions were relatively mundane and not probing. Seemed formulaic and scripted, but it was relatively painless! In the end I accepted the offer, but this was mainly due to pre-existing relationships vs. perceptions of fit, I believe.
