Incredibly unprofessional. Recruiter reached out to me via email. I replied with times that I was available for a screening and never heard from that recruiter again. Why reach out if your intention is to ignore the candidate? If the job was filled before you could perform the screening, email the candidate and let them know rather than wasting everyone's time.

The pre-screen call lasted for 20 minutes. Was more to get to know me and the reason why I want to work for ICON. Call focused on resume going over experiences and why I was seeking out this position. Was asked to complete a writing test within two weeks. Still waiting on a decision.
