I applied online. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (Elmhurst, IL) in May 2014
Interview
Very low-key. Interview took place at 10 PM with the Manager of the Microbiology Department and the head of General Lab, who couldn't have been nicer. They were encouraging and friendly and truly seemed interested in me as a potential employee, which I know can be difficult with so many interviews to do.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories in Aug 2023
Interview
I had a phone interview, and I thought it went well. They asked about my past experience, if I knew how to use a microscope and a pipette, why I wanted to work for IDEXX. I actually applied for the company 5-6 years ago but was not offered a position. This time around, despite having five years of lab experience and having worked at Banfield Pet Hospital (who uses IDEXX machines), I was still not offered a position. Not sure what they are looking for, but I don't think I'll be applying again.
