IEM interview questions

The interview process was quick and to the point. Overall extremely positive. The discussions was focused on my past performance, why I was a good fit, and what would exactly be expected of me as an employee in the role.

It was a long process. They contacted me but somehow still made me jump through hoops. 3 interviews and then radio silence. The interviews where virtual and there was a panel. Very polite, good questions but the interviewers had different objectives and that created some confusion. Didn't seemed like the position was clearly defined. I found it funny that the reason that made me consider the company was not represented in the interview. Women owned company but all the interviewers were men.
