They hire at 17, I was told 16 but the manager was really nice about it and explained to me why they hire at 17 now and not 16. Did have to wait for some time though but I called and was told to come in and apply and woukd be given an interview right after.

Interview
The interview process entailed of the Manager giving me a rundown of what to expect working there and ensuring if I was okay with all the listed duties, I wasn't asked many questions.
The interview process was straight forward. I went in, asked for an application, filled it out, spoke to the manager, and I got the job within a few days. One of the questions I asked was if they did direct deposit, and they don't, they give paper checks instead.
The process was swift, and they got back to me in a short amount of time. The store manager was kind and friendly. It is like the usual food service industry interview process.
