Easy, no stress, met with manager during slow period. Talked about what I was interested in, role, expectations, etc. Also talked about typical day, flow of kitchen/galley, and how team works together. Discussed slow and peak times.

Interview
The manager gave me a call to come in for an interview, for the following day. Later that day if the interview he called saying I got the position and to come in to start the following morning.
It was a very easy process and the team member was very kind and I found the interview to be smooth and a very great experience. This was one of the most enjoyable interview process I have ever experienced compared to many other places I've been to.
