Interview
Internal candidate, I was approached as an Assistant Manager and asked to submit an application. Standard process is On-line application and assessment test, if assessment passes, you will be contacted for the first of several interviews. If you are an external hire, the process will be longer as there are no internal metrics for the senior management to go off of.

If offered the position, what is your 90 day plan for turning this location around? (No knowledge of what particular issues the location has going into the interview)
The first interview that I was invited to, went great and I was invited to the second interview. However, the second interview was not nearly as satisfying. During the whole process, the interviewer mostly looked around and seemed overall distracted by things happening around us, rather than focusing on my answers.

It is very laid back, pass background check have interview after on the job interview you get offer. There really isn't much else to the process. The rest of the time the ask about personal life stuff, and make sure you understand it is 365 day job

Interview
There's a phone interview if you make it thru that then there's an in person interview. If the second person likes you chances are you will be offered the job on the spot, no background check no drug test .
