They brought me to a small room with chairs. The interview was very low-key. The two managers were there. They asked more about why I was interested in working for their company than trying to trick me with questions, which was nice. They explained a little bit about the IKEA business model.

Sat down with two managers, super friendly. They asked me a couple questions and then we spoke about normal everyday things. They made the process very easy and comfortable. Great interview

Applied online, about 2 weeks later got a phone interview and then was scheduled for a in person interview right after. Did the first interview with a team lead and was called later on the same day for a second one with manager.
