There was 40 interviewed with a good few positions it was a group interview, I applied online and they called me and had a phone interview they were happy with my answers and the next day invited me to an interview,

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
