applied for job, heard back the same day for an online interview. I completed that the day after and then was offered an interview with the hiring manager over video

Question 1
What past experiences and skills make you suitable for this role? What do you know about IKEA? and why do you want to work here?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA in Jul 2019
Interview
I applied online and received an email request for a phone interview the same day. The phone interview was easy to schedule and took about 15 - 20 minutes telling me about the position and asking me basic general questions about my availability, why I wanted to work there, etc. At the end of the phone interview I was told to expect a call from a store manager within a week. The store called a few days later and I scheduled an interview for the next morning, with two managers. The interview went well and when I left I received a text to schedule a follow up call. I was offered a position during the call pending background and drug screenings. I received emails making that process very easy as well.
