After submitting an online application, I received at a response within 2 days asking to complete an online video interview. The interviewing website was poor as it glitched but the questions were simple enough.
IKEA recruiters reached out through a short phone conversation. they wanted to hear specific examples from past experiences. If selected for the second round, an interview would be set up.

a phone interview with simple questions about myself, then an assessment centre with other candidates where we did teamwork activities like what items you would save on a sinking ship etc and then a final interview based on my CV and cover letter and then i received the offer to come and work there
