Interview
Phone interview asked about who I am as a person etc what's my availability then invited to:
Group stage usual scenario questions, group presentation and problem solving,
One to one interview a week later that looked at my values again and which department I would suit best
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
