Applied through a form. Where called to an interview online then after I were called to the store for a longer interview. They asked me a lot of personal questions (tell me about a life changing event?) and I was told to draw a “life line” You need to fill in your work experience separately
Very easy, has an interview with my supervisor and he just ask basic questions to know where am i from, and if i have any basic expirience working with clients, but its not mandatory.
I was presented with a situation where a customer requested a specific product in the department where I would be working and I had to handle the event according to company procedures.
Ikea's interview process was impressive. It was organized and comprehensive, allowing me to showcase my skills and experience effectively. The interviewers were knowledgeable and friendly, creating a comfortable environment. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience that left a favorable impression.
