2 interviews, 1 in a group, one individual with 2 interviewers. It was kind of extensive, but the reality when so many people don't take the process seriously. If it's a short process, people will not show up to work or take it seriously, and they are left doing quick interviews all the time. This way, they give an extensive process and it weeds out those who are not that interested.
