Candidates were gathered in a room and introduced with IKEA's PPT quickly. Also a simple group task was given with random people around your sit, candidates were required to finish simple paper test and then to attend 1 on 1 interview all of sudden. 4-5 people who are in charges were attended but the whole interview process was extremely unorganised. 4 questions will be given but you have to answer in 2 min because they use a stopwatch set with 120 sec per interview. I am not joking.

Group assessment and interview with all the department managers one to one. After that wait for the results. Group assement was fun and interview questions were same qn that are asked in everyother retail industry.

Dario was my Interviewer who gave me a relatively right to the point questions. You know LOGISTICS works and you will be right on the money and I 've been in that business for awhile so I aced the test I guessed. However It required detail-oriented and organizational skills with some relevant accuracy. Other than that it got to do with basic conventional wisdom that I've learned through school and beyond. Anyway It seemed like they setup an environment to hire on the spot and that process happens these days especially for LOGISTICS kinda work.
